Ibiza Homes

Where We Are

Es Cubells,
southern Ibiza.

The Setting

The island at its most beautiful.

Es Cubells sits on the southwestern tip of Ibiza — the part of the island that hasn't changed. Ancient olive groves, limestone cliffs dropping into turquoise water, and a silence that feels like a gift.

This is not the Ibiza of the headlines. It's the Ibiza that locals return to every year — the one they keep to themselves. We'd like to share it with you.

The most dramatic beach on the island — Es Vedrà rising from the sea like a cathedral. Arrive early, stay for the sunset.

San José Market

Market

The island's best artisan market — ceramics, textiles, local produce. Every Saturday morning.

Ibiza Town (Dalt Vila)

Town

25 min drive

The UNESCO-listed old town. Wander the ramparts at dusk, dine in the shadow of the cathedral. Timeless.
